TIRED...
Haha, weeliang, i agree, what a day!
I woke up at 7 you know, had to walk my dog, take a bath, drink coffee, prettify meself...;)
It's not everyday one gets to go to watch a theatre play. For a total clueless gal like me, it was pretty exciting & i've gotta admit, i was looking forward to it.
The initial plan was to watch this play called a-tishoo! which portrays the wild yet amazing powers of imagination of a child at The Actor's Studio in Bangsar Shopping Center.
As planned, vliang picked me up at 8.30am (with his chevrolet) & with great enthusiasm we started the journey.

I (ME,YES,MUA) was responsible to navigate him to BSC & i succeeded in doing so!!
We reached there with half an hour to spare so we had a cuppa at DOME.The drinks over there are more expensive than the food, interesting eh?

i had a cappuccino with caramel,it was too sweet for my liking...

he had a skinned latte...didn't ask bout the taste =/

i was actually cursing my motorola phone(no more memory!!no pics!!) when vliang sneakily snapped this....

mah date for a day..haha all obaasan's out there luk out!!

At 10am, we rushed upstairs to grab our tickets. (the play 'supposedly' starts at 10 & The Actor's Studio is at the highest floor) BUT....WE ONLY SAW THIS:

i actually called them before we went to dome. we cud hear the phone ringing from inside. there wasn't anyone tho.

We were smart enough to pull aside the curtains for we could see the lights were on. VOILA! A dude was behind the curtains. Cmon, you are manning the counter, at least open the curtains dude! It's not as if you are making a stage entrance anyways!!!So theatrical!!
Back to topic, he told us that the play has been cancelled, very suddenly. So sudden that they didn't have time to mention this tiny detail on their website....OR remove the leaflets from their counter. Sighs, that's Msians' efficiency for you. We were, as you can imagine,very pissed off, travelling so far for THIS.
So we strolled around, stopped for awhile in TIMES where vliang bought a book for himself----& didn't bother to collect it after making his payment. (hahhahahahaha, i know, i'm evil)
Then, since we were in the middle of kl, vliang had a very ambitious idea of going to midvalley megamall. However, after many turns & many miles, i sensed that we were heading towards the wrong direction (the twin towers were nearing in sight, midvalley is at the opposite direction), i had the good sense to direct vliang to a more prudent direction: home.

Soon enough, we reached sunway & was thinking where to go next. Haha the poor fella nearly screamed NOOO!! when i suggested sunway pyramid. Apparently he has been hanging out over there too frequently for his liking.
Soo, we headed back to damansara to The Curve. After many eons, we FINALLY reached the parking bay under IKEA. Here's a picture to help you visualize how relieved vliang was.

It was already half past twelve at this time so we headed directly to The Streets to have lunch. After being tempted by SOOO MANYY restaurants, we settled on Sakae Sushi. (haha me lurbbb jap food)
I had my fave Sakae Salad whereas vliang went for goma salmon donburi.

We gossiped, talked, crapped & ate. The best thing about going out with vliang is: if we detect any hunks or cute guys under our radar, we can both observe, stare & appreciate the eye candies together XD. And we so happened to have the opportunity to feast our eyes on a few awfully good-looking guys (rich kids from kdu) who so happen to sit at the table across ours & were in front of us when we paid the bill. (wakaka..SO HAPPENLY)

After that, we loitered around ikano power point, spent some time in borders ( i loveee the ambiance there!!! =( if only its situated nearby my house) & finally headed towards cineleisure to catch a movie.

Since i've watched almost EVERY movie, disregarding the indian & malay ones, the only options left were Boys Over Flowers & Bangkok Dangerous. The timing was really bad for B.O.F.(4.30pm) & i heard plenty of bad reviews about B.D. so no movie for us =[.
Wandered around cineleisure until we bumped into an arcade.
And we stayed there for an hour playing pool!!!
Tx a lot Farahin, Kt, Joyce & Jimi for teaching me how to play pool!!!! But i'm really soree that my skills are so not improving!! In fact, i think i'm getting worse!! haha...i have even forgotten how to position my fingers...

he was teaching me how to use his phone...hehe

he's REALLY good for a newbie!!!!!!

Oh, there were small cubicles in the arcade where people can sing karaoke for 20 bucks an hour. While we were playing, there was this malay guy who was singing sooo 'passionately' in the wrong key, tune & rhythm. Music to our ears~~
Finally finally, we went home. We got lost the last time-at the exit to klang..i'm an embarrassment as a klang gurl :(
The most interesting about today actually IS, my mom acceded me going out with vliang!! She didn't show me any FACES or admonished me or anything! In fact, i could've sworn she was in a good mood the whole day!! WEIRD...

P.S.S.:vliang- ur mom was very sweet!!dun worry lar..u DON have to foot the bills for the food & drinks...dun like to let other ppl (ESP GUYS!!) do that for me..BUT,u can save the $$ for my pressie this Christmas or my bday next yr!!!(WAKAKAKA)
